Custom Orders and Changes


Our curtains are made-to-order, tailored specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are generally final.


However, we understand that plans can change, so we offer a 24-hour window after placing your order to make any adjustments. Just reach out to us, and we'll be happy to help!


Our Commitment to Quality


If we make a mistake with your order (wrong color, size, or item), we've got you covered:

  • Full refund or exchange for a new product
  • Simply send us clear photos of the issue
  • We'll quickly repair or replace your items


Not Quite What You Expected?


We want you to love your new curtains. If you're not completely satisfied:

  • Exchange your product for something else within 30 days of delivery
  • Pay only 50% of the new product's price
  • You'll need to return the unused item (shipping costs on you)
