Pinch Pleats

Overview

Pinch pleat curtains are made with extra fabric to create a fuller, more luxurious look. 


The pleats are sewn into the header, and hooks are attached for easy installation on curtain rings.


Specification

  • Pleat Spacing: 5"; Return/Overlap: 2.5"; Gathered Pleats: 4" below top.

Hooks

Curtain hooks are sewn in. The built-in hooks can be adjusted up or down by approximately 2 inches.


Rods

Works For: It works for tracks, traverse rods, channel rods, and poles with rings.

Grommet

Grommet curtains have rings embedded into the fabric, allowing the curtain to slide easily on the rod.


This contemporary style is sturdy and ideal for daily use.


Works For: It works for rods up to 1.56" in diameter. Decorative rods are a great option.


DETAILS: Curtain grommets have an inside diameter of 1.56". We suggest using a black rod to match the grommets; the rod is not included.

Ring Top

Ring-top curtains feature built-in hooks that attach directly to curtain rings, making them easy to open and close.


This style is perfect for high-traffic areas where curtains are frequently adjusted.


Curtain hooks are sewn in.


Works For: It works for rods with rings and decorative rods.

Rod Pocket

A simple and timeless style where the curtain rod slides through a sewn-in pocket at the top of the curtain.


Rod pocket curtains create a casual, gathered look and are best suited for decorative purposes or low-traffic areas.


If you plan on opening and closing your drapes every day, we suggest ring top, grommet, or pinch pleat construction.


Works For: It works for rod or rod with clip rings.


DETAILS: We suggest a 1.25" or smaller rod to accommodate sewn pocket; rod not included.
